1. What is your screenplay about?

This is the story of a spunky teenage girl in 1935 who leaves her abject poverty in dust bowl Oklahoma to follow her dreams to Hollywood. Along the way she befriends three misfits that help her to realize that her real life is far richer than the one she’d dreamed about for so long.

2. Why should this screenplay be made into a movie?

It is an entertaining coming of age story set in 1935 that relates to modern day themes.
